Who we are
We met there by 2015 working as lifeguards on the beaches of Gorliz and Plentzia. After three years working together, our paths separated to come together again at the end of 2018, where we made the decision to embark on this exciting project.
Lander Aróstegui is a lover of gastronomy, an inveterate athlete and an attentive observer of the details and experiences he discovers in his travels. Born in Bilbao, he graduated in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and studied a Hotel Management Program. His entrepreneurial concern led him to promote a new restaurant model where healthy products at the same time as exotic, and care for the environment are protagonists in an oasis of quality. He is currently co-owner of the Nalu Poké Restaurant and Surf Bar.
Edson Conde is passionate about photography and traveling in order to discover new and exotic destinations. Born in Getxo and competition swimmer for more than 15 years, passionate about the sea and local cuisine. After graduating in Mining and Energy Engineering at Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, he has worked for 2 years as an engineer while managing his own Digital Marketing Agency. He is currently co-owner of the Nalu Poké Restaurant and Surf Bar.
